Hi!  My name is Louise and I love to create.

 I love mixed media and working creatively with recycled & inexpensive items to make something new.

My other creative loves are art journaling, collage and working with fabrics.  My mixed media journals and artwork are available at my etsy store, maycontainpaper

For me, creativity and yoga are the two best self care practices :)  I also write about yoga & self care on my blog yogaskinny, a resource for anyone with a love of yoga including yoga teachers and trainees.

I enjoy sharing my creative pursuits here and hope you find a project or technique to inspire your crafting.
